Police Chief Brad Cramer has been on the force since January of 1975. Chief Cramer has held a variety of assignments since he began with the force, which included serving as the departments firearm instructor since his certification as an NRA Police Instructor in 1984. He was also assigned for security guard to guard Oliver North, when he lectured in Somerset. Chief Cramer holds an NRA Distinguished Export Firearm rating.

    In October of 1997, Brad was appointed Chief of Police after being a member of the force for 22 years.
